Welcome!

Everybody, welcome to the SOUTHEAST HIKING BLOG!!!
My name is Mark, and I am a hiker and traveler across the Southeast. I have hiked A LOT of places and traveled to a lot of cities over the past 2 years. Some of the more interesting hikes include:

  • 11.5 miles round trip to Brasstown Bald, Georgia
  • 3.5 miles round trip to Clingman's Dome, Tennessee/North Carolina border
  • 8.8 miles round trip to Pinnacle Mountain - Table Rock Loop, South Carolina
  • 4.0 miles round trip to Fall Creek Falls, Tennessee
  • 14.0 miles round trip on Appalachian Trail, Neels Gap to Tesnatee Gap, Georgia
  • 8.0 miles round trip on Cataloochee Divide Trail, North Carolina
  • 6.0 miles round trip to Mount Pisgah, North Carolina
My most recent hike was to Fall Creek Falls, Pikeville, Tennessee, located on the western edge of the Cumberland Mountains in middle Tennessee. Here are links to four videos from that hike, as well as slideshow of all pictures and some text about the place!
